Estonian Garden Wrap & Scarf
Traditional Estonian lace stitches create a garden with rows of small flowers bordered by lily of the valley and edged in a scalloped trellis. Both wrap and the scarf begin with a provisional cast on. The center section is knit first to create symmetrical borders and edgings. Wrap: 19" x 66"; Scarf: 10" x 66".

Shoalwater Shawl
Like waves in shallow water, Old Shale lace creates ripples across this simple, garter stitch lace shawl.  Knit from the top down, this triangular shawl is bound off with an easy picot edging.  Blocked size: approx. 40" deep and 80" across top.  In lace weight with 4 repeats of lace pattern the shawl will measure about 36" deep and 72" across.  Change the number of pattern repeats for a smaller or larger shawl.

Leaf Lace Shawl
A simple Estonian leaf lace cascades down this easy triangular shawl.  The scalloped lace edging can be accented with beads.  Sizes:  Small and large shawl in 4 yarn weights.  Blocked:  will vary with yarn used and can easily be adjusted by adding or subtracting pattern repeats.  Small:  approx. 33" deep, 68" across top; large:  45" deep, 90" across.19" x 66"; Scarf: 10" x 66".

C'est la vie! combines simple rows of lace and knit-purl textures to create this easy-to-knit yet beautiful wrap. The “vee” shape sits comfortably on the shoulders, and the ruffles add extra flair.

The pattern recommends aran weight yarn. This sample was knit with Needful Yarns Filtes King “Extra” Australian Merinos in colour # 2015 (13 balls) and “Extra Stampato” #8008 for the ruffle (4 balls).

Two Lace Scarves
